Dynamic Pass Box Details
Dynamic Pass box is used to transfer the materials from one side to other side through a controlled environment in order to avoid cross contamination of airborne particles. It is fixed between two cleanroom areas having different grade/class of air, though we can also use for the same grade/class of air. It prevents the entrance of contaminants in the sterile area from non sterile area. Door Interlocking is the primary feature of a pass box, when one side door is open the other side door remains closed.
It consists a HEPA Filter which is used to provide 0.3 micron air in the intenal working area (ISO 5 – Class 100) with Grill Protection. Differential Pressure Gauge is mounted to monitor the Diff. Pressure across HEPA Filter. There is also recirculatory system with Pre filter for the longer life of HEPA Filter. It is also known as Active Pass box equipped with UV light. It is popular with other names such as cleanroom pass through box, hatch box, transfer hatch, clean transfer window and transfer hatch; in addition, it is widely used in microbiology laboratories in food, pharmaceutical, laboratories, life science, electronics and chemical industries.
